Buttons and such

I noticed as I was browsing the forum...
Some forums (as in the sections on GFX Zero) have a "Post Thread" button, and there is the limitations box next to it, and it says, "You cannot post new threads."
And in some other forums, the limitations box says, "You cannot post threads", "You cannot reply." And there are no buttons there.
It looks a little messy...
And also..
In the "SOTW Discussion" Section, the description says you can discuss there. I go in, and guess what?
No "Post Thread" button

That is all i found out so far

probably its fore the mod of the section.

like sotw, only sotw allow to post since if members r allowed, spam probabbly happend (i guess)

Some places aren't supposed to be posted in or can only be posted in by mods. Lemme fix the SOTW Discussion area though.

The new topic button and the new post button should be moved. I always press new topic instead of new post.
